Julie is a Christian, RN, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and holds a Master Degree in Community Health Education.  Her unique blending of her scientific nursing, coaching, health education and Christian backgrounds enables her to help her clients achieve the happy, active, vibrant lives they want – and God really wants for them by praying often, eating well & moving more.

Combining her Christian faith with her nursing and health coaching background, Julie speaks on a variety of topics to equip Christian women with the knowledge of how God designed their bodies as well as helping them discover the strategies and encouraging support they need to thrive by praying often, eating well & moving more.  Her signature message is Why Prayer Needs to be Your #1 Healthy Habit, a unique message to empower participants with the biological reasons why prayer is so important.  She speaks on a variety of other topics related to praying often, eating well & moving more as well as women’s health.  

Julie loves to travel and welcomes the opportunity to come to you & speak to your group where ever your location is.  She is dynamic, down to earth and knows how to explain things in easy terms, so you can understand how your body works.  She also understands that every body is different and helps participants discover concrete ways you can you can pray often, eat well & move more.

Why Julie

When Julie became an RN in 1996, she had no idea how powerful the impact prayer, food choices & body movement has on overall physical, mental or emotional health & wellbeing.

After enduring her own health issues including ‘mystery’ symptoms no one could help her with, Julie made it her mission to discover the answers and share them to prevent others from suffering like she did.

Julie combined her Christian faith with her scientific nursing and health coaching background and discovered the missing piece:  God designed our bodies, minds & spirits to thrive when we pray often, eat well & move more-with special emphasis on making prayer top priority.
